Believe it or not I use to struggle with tons of digestive problems. Being a very driven individual and a competitive dancer, I was always pushing my body to it's limit. I struggled with bloating, high cortisol, not being able to zip my pants up all the way (as I was determined to stay in my size 2s at that time lol), and covered it with a big stylish sweater.


Of course to the outside world, no one really knew. But I knew and I felt self conscious I had this extra belly sitting in middle despite being an overall lean individual. As dance competitions drew closer I would try various methods like eating less food, cutting out carbs completely, trying fat burners etc etc. If you are reading this you probably relate to me in some way.
When I entered into the competitive world of body building - the mystery started to fall when I was finally taught about the quality of foods and understanding my macros.

For the 3 years that I competed I felt completely different in my body and digestion was running well, energy was clean and high, and muscles were building on fast. I had unlocked a secret. It was not all these pills and fat burners that was the secret, it was understanding truly how to eat well.
Even after competitive lifestyle - being a super high paced individual, I found I was still facing the occasional bloats, constipation and that small layer of belly fat that comes back after competition.
It was in this maintenance lifestyle that I discovered the importance of controlling many lifestyle factors which I teach in my B.L.O.A.T buster formula - one of the key issues was the amount of cortisol that I was living with in my body and this came down to even how I was working out!
